“Ar scáth a chéile a mhaireann na daoine. We live in the shelter of each other”
— Irish Proverb

I am an integrative psychotherapist who takes a holistic, personalised approach with every client. I work through a biopsychosocial lens, recognising how biological, psychological, and social factors interact and shape a person’s overall experience. By drawing on a range of therapeutic models, I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each person I work with.

This approach addresses immediate concerns while also exploring the deeper issues that may be contributing to current challenges. Taking time to reflect in this way can help clients better understand themselves and recognise that their struggles are often shaped by complex life experiences. I aim to provide a warm, welcoming, and supportive therapeutic space where these factors can be explored with compassion and care.

At the heart of my work is collaboration with you as the client. My goal is to offer a service that supports and empowers you to develop greater psychological flexibility through genuine curiosity and self-exploration. Using tailored psychoeducational tools and therapeutic techniques, I help clients gain insight into their experiences and support meaningful change, healing, self-acceptance, and personal growth.

As a qualified aromatherapist, I regularly use aromatherapy oils in both my community and private practice. I also make and supply homemade aromatherapy products for clients who wish to explore their benefits. These oils are widely used to support health and wellbeing and, in relation to mental health, may help improve mood, reduce anxiety, support sleep, and create a calming atmosphere. Some clients have included these products in their self-care routines, helping them feel more relaxed and balanced.

(Clients may be asked to share details on medications/medical conditions to ensure there are no contraindications).
